My fiance and I were introduced to Stephen by a colleague and were absolutely blown away by the experience. We had previously listed our Coquitlam condo in April 2019 with a different agent, had over 30 showings, only one low-ball offer, and ended up pulling the listing. In April 2020, we decided to list our condo again, as our new home was nearing completion.
